About this opportunity
We are looking for expressions of interest of an experienced Civil Project Manager to become a Course Presenter who is passionate about coaching and mentoring others and has preferably experience in presenting to groups in webinar style using Zoom or MS Teams.
You will occasionally deliver 3–4-hour webinars, remotely from a location of your choice (WFH), using our course materials.
This is a freelance/part-time engagement that is an ideal additional income and personal development opportunity with an attractive hourly rate.
What do you need?
- Be a natural leader who enjoys seeing others succeed
- Be excited about innovation and continues improvement
- Enjoy coaching and mentoring others
- Have good presentation skills or be in the process of building them
- Be knowledgeable in civil construction management and project management
- Have a reliable computer setup including fast internet connection and a HD webcam
- The ability to research and develop course content for new course ideas is desired but not essential
- No Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required as our training is non-accredited coaching rather than VET courses
