Why a RACI matrix is important?
In particular in larger organisations or government bodies, projects are often delivered across multiple departments. As such, some team members may have a lack of clarity to who the decision makers are on a project and for example who should be kept informed. The RACI matrix is a simple document that clarifies everyones role on a project.
